The Company

Gyst Services (Gyst) are a Business Services company based in Maldon, Essex. We primarily cover London and our local areas of Witham, Braintree, Maldon, Colchester, Chelmsford, and the Dengie peninsula. Our 'on site' solutions are restricted to Essex and London, for now at least. Web based solutions are global, and available to all.

We offer services in the areas of Administration, Clerical and Technical Services, and specialise in IT consultancy and solutions for existing and startup businesses. We provide a unique service in that we tailor everything to the clients needs. You want it? You got it. No job too small, none too large.
Our strategy is based on the limited time and resources available to individuals, SME's and corporations. Our belief is that it may be more cost effective to outsource administrative or IT needs, even temporarily. This will increase speed, productivity and efficiency, leaving you free to concentrate on your own core business, or just spend more time doing other things.

We have over 20 years experience across several industry sectors, in a wide range of company management, business administration, clerical and IT scenarios. We provide integrated, hand tailored solutions which can automate entire departments, share workloads and provide management tools, reducing overheads, time and staff requirements considerably. The Staff

Carl Green and Lynn Swanson are both multi skilled professionals with backgrounds covering a wealth of sectors. We have management experience in various markets including: Retail, Wholesale, Distribution, Sales, Customer Service, Financial Services, Procurement, Personnel Services, Adult Education, Company Secretariat, Administration Functions, Senior Level PA Services, Marketing, Technical Solutions and Project Planning, Internal and External IT administration, Management and Design, Planning and Service Industries.

Financial

We do not have a definitive pricing structure. We prefer to tailor each contract or task to the individual need and budgets of our clients. Each will be negotiated separately, according to the specification required. A home repair will cost a lot less than a corporate web site, for example. We are realistic with our fees: If it costs more to hire us than you will get back in return, you won't hire us. Logical? Of course! We can read the bottom line. We are nothing if not flexible, working with people on a very tight budget, as well as corporate clients with a larger purse. We are happy typing up materials to cover for secretarial absence. Comprehensive consultancy, design, development and outsourcing is simply part of the package we offer to those that want it. We realise that in the majority of cases, cash flow and return on investment are top priorities. The most cost effective solutions will always be our goal.
